What you’ll do

You can prepare almost anything to be keto-friendly. Join Culinarian Leslie Lang of Alter Eat-o: Foods for KETO to learn how easy it is to “keto-fy” traditional foods. Falafel is a Middle Eastern staple made with fava beans or chickpeas, both very high in carbs, but we’ll prepare a delicious keto-friendly Falafel with both a Tahini and a Sweet and Spicy Sauce. To complement the dish, we’ll make Pickled Red Onion for some crunch and zing as well as a simple, fresh Cucumber Tomato and Feta Salad. Before you know it, we will have a complete meal that will fit easily into your daily macros.
