Are you in awe of how quickly and effortlessly chefs chop, slice and dice? Join Chef Blair Bateman as he teaches you about all the knives in your kitchen drawer. He’ll walk you through all the different types of knife cuts in preparing a stir-fry dish and sauce to wow your friends and family. You will julienne peppers, onions, green onions; slice meat; paysanne carrots, broccoli, mushrooms; make rice; and learn why each rice cooks differently and which variety to use for each dish.
