What you’ll do

Elevate vegan food and wow guests at your next party! Chef Shabnam will start the evening with a dramatic Black Leek and Potato Soup with a red pepper drizzle and roasted radish wafers. We will continue with garlicky Red Lentil Blintzes topped with zucchini ribbons and spicy muffuletta. Next-up, a gluten-free oat-based Pastry with cashew cream cheese and diced mini cucumber. We will end the evening with Vanilla Yogourt Parfait with homemade maple coffee granola jewelled with pomegranate seeds.
