What you’ll do

Are you wanting to change the way you eat but not sure where to start? Join your in-store Registered Dietitian, Emily Pritchard, for a hands-on class to learn the basics of healthy eating. We will look at how nutrition and lifestyle affect chronic disease risk, utilize the Mediterranean diet as a stepping stone for healthier food choices, and learn how to make educated choices when eating out or grocery shopping. A Mediterranean grain bowl will be assembled and sampled by participants.
