Living Well: Fight Inflammation with Food

What you’ll do

Inflammation is not a laughing matter and we aren’t joking when we say your diet can make a difference. The food you eat can impact the inflammation in your body both negatively and positively. During this class with your in-store Registered Dietitian, Emily Pritchard, we’ll look at foods that might cause or help decrease inflammation in the body. We will also learn about the different products available in the Living Well section at Longo’s and learn about basic joint and bone health.
