You may feel it’s more challenging to plan and prepare meals when you’re on your own or just a twosome. Come and learn tips and strategies that make it a bit easier to make smaller meals and learn about key nutrients that you need to care about as you age – from your in-store Registered Dietitian, Cathy Pearson.
