What you’ll do

Interested in ideas for healthy last-minute meals that require little cooking? With fish, eggs, chicken breast and beans on hand, you can create healthy meals without a lot of fuss. Learn from Sandra Edwards, your in-store Registered Dietitian, about creating quick, healthy, four- to six-ingredient meals focusing on nutrition, time and taste. We’ll create three recipes together with protein choices, healthy starches (pasta, quinoa and potato), vegetables, oil and seasonings. You will be able to try the fruits of your labour.
