Are you utilizing the benefits of food to help lower your cholesterol? Don't think it can be tasty? Learn the keys to lowering your blood pressure and cholesterol through heart-healthy recipes. Sandra Edwards, your in-store Registered Dietitian, will teach you about the value of vegetables, whole grains, nuts, seeds, high fibre and plant sterols. We’ll be making Broccoli, Kale and Lentil Soup; Mediterranean Tomato and Ricotta Pasta; and Fruit and Yogurt Granola Parfaits. Adaptations to recipes will also be discussed.
