What you’ll do

February is Heart Month. If you have high cholesterol or heart disease or just want to learn how to eat healthfully for your heart, join your in-store Registered Dietitian, Cathy Pearson, for an informative class including nutrition tips and current recommendations for lowering your cholesterol, managing blood fats and understanding which foods are beneficial for your heart. Practical resources will be shared, and Cathy will demonstrate quick and tasty heart-healthy recipes for sampling.
