This healthy-eating-for-the-heart class with your in-store Registered Dietitian, Emily Pritchard, will walk you through the basics of cardiovascular disease: why it happens and what you can do to decrease your risk. You’ll learn about heart-healthy food options and look at simple food switches that can make a difference and help you live a longer and healthier life.
