What you’ll do

In this workshop, Sandra Edwards, your in-store Registered Dietitian and Certified Craving Change™ facilitator, will discuss steps to reducing your sweet or salty cravings and practical tips you can put into place on your journey to be healthier. Take part in some self-awareness activities, learn new strategies and share ideas to reduce out-of-control or problematic emotional eating.
