Spending too much time reading nutrition labels? Confused by fibre, fat, sugars, cholesterol and sodium listings? Wonder about health or nutrient claims, % DV or what you should be looking for on labels? This is an (Interactive) workshop with Sandra Edwards, your in-store Registered Dietitian. Meet first in the Loft to learn the basics, then tour the store as a group, learning as you go about how to make healthier choices based on your own nutritional needs.
