What you’ll do
Come learn how to make weekly meal plans in line with Canada’s Food Guide. Your in-store Registered Dietitian, Emily Pritchard, will help you design a one-week plan for you and your family and teach you the fundamentals to do it on your own. We’ll take your one-week plan, turn it into a grocery list and plan your meal prep schedule. As a group, we will make a batch recipe to show you how far food can go when you’ve got it planned out in advance and how eating healthy doesn’t have to be hard.
