What you’ll do
Life can be busy, and sometimes healthy eating gets kicked to the curb. Take an hour out of your day and learn from your in-store Registered Dietitian, Emily Pritchard, how to better fuel your body for those times when you’re constantly on the go. You will learn about and taste some healthy meal and snack options for both adults and kids that will keep your stomach full and your body energized to tackle the day.
