Join your in-store Registered Dietitian, Cathy Pearson, for some healthy hot-weather eating tips and simple and nutritious strategies for pulling together meals and snacks that are quick, yet nutritious. Recipe ideas and meal suggestions will be provided, and we'll discover some products available at Longo's that can help make it happen.
