What you’ll do

Whether you’ve been diagnosed or care for someone with diabetes or prediabetes or you simply want to reduce the amount of sugar in your diet, this class is for you. Your in-store Registered Dietitian, Emily Pritchard, will teach participants about practical ways to reduce carbohydrate intake. We will go through a typical shopping list to learn the dos and don’ts for those with diabetes and then prepare a quick diabetes-friendly recipe to show how easy it can be to make small, impactful changes.
