What you’ll do
Join Chef Jim Comishen as he heads down to the famous pubs of London for a classic British fare. Start with the rustic Cock-a-Leekie Soup served with homemade Old English Cheddar and Buttermilk Biscuits. The main will be the favourite Bangers and Mash with Guinness Stout; Onion and Mushroom Gravy; and Fluffy, Whipped Champ Potatoes. If you still have room for dessert – individual warm Sticky Toffee Puddings with whipped cream.
