What you’ll do
Rajini, Tamil cooking expert and co-author of the Monsoon Journal’s recipe column Samayal Santhai, will demonstrate Malaysian dishes that are both simple to make and super tasty. Nasi Goreng (Malaysian fried rice); Chicken Sambal (the simple way) – fried chicken in a thick tomato, onion and sweet chili sauce; and Mango Salad. The dishes are so simple and will have your family and friends raving about your cooking.
