What you’ll do
Hendrik Varju, the author of Mexican Dinner Parties, will bring his Mexican-Hungarian background to this class. You'll start with Chicken Tostadas – crispy, fried corn tortillas topped with chicken, lettuce, cilantro, salsa and queso fresco. The main will be “quick-fried” Chicken Enchiladas drizzled with an ancho and guajillo chili pepper sauce and served with delicious Arroz Rojo (red rice). The meal will finish with a Hungarian Apple Cinnamon Cake and vanilla bean ice cream.
