What you’ll do
Hendrik Varju, author of Mexican Dinner Parties, loves to combine Mexican and Italian dishes in the same menu, sometimes with fusion dishes as well. In this class, he'll start off with two Mexican favourites: Mexican Cinnamon Hot Chocolate and Shrimp Ceviche Tostada. The main course will be Mexican-Style Lasagna, a Mexican-Italian fusion dish. Dessert involves a second fusion dish with a Coffee and Kahlua Panna Cotta. What a menu!
