What you’ll do
Germany has evolved its national cuisine from region to region throughout the centuries. Chef Nicholas, a frequent traveller of Europe, will demonstrate how to cook like a German. His class will begin with a 30-minute demonstration and then participants will divide into teams where they will prepare and cook a meal consisting of Oktoberfest Pork Chops; German Sausage Chowder; Red Cabbage and Apple, Potato Pancakes; Giant Pretzels; and Currywurst, a popular fast food in Berlin.
