What you’ll do

In this class, Christian Pritchard, Executive Chef of Aurora Importing, takes you under the Tuscan sun for a taste of Italy. Tuscan antipasti featuring cheese, sausage, and pickled vegetables begins your adventure, followed by Pappa al Pomodoro Zuppa. Our main is Becca (steak) over Tuscan Beans (a take on the famous Florentine classic). Biscotti, Baci and fresh fruit end your Tuscan foodie trip. Participants will go home with an assortment of Aurora Importing products from Italy.
