What you’ll do

Join Culinary Instructor Paola Moscato as we take a tour of some of the delicious dishes that have made Greek cuisine famous. The menu includes Spanakopita (feta and spinach stuffed phyllo pastry) served with Greek Tomato Salad, Roasted Chicken with Feta Herb Lemon Sauce served with Greek Rice Pilaf and, for dessert, Chocolate Hazelnut Phyllo Pastry.
