Try out these appetizers in this hands-on class with Chef Regan Byers. You’ll be making three kinds of Tartlets – Roasted Red Pepper, Spinach and Goat Cheese – as well as Smoked Salmon Crêpe Rolls, Prosciutto-wrapped Asparagus with Parmesan, Filo-wrapped Shrimp with Pink Peppercorns, Tomato Bocconcini Bites and Roasted Mushroom Bruschetta.
