Have you been wanting to incorporate more plant-based recipes into your repertoire? Chef Alex will walk you through a four-course plant-based menu you will be proud to serve to family and friends. Your menu includes Arugula and Beet Salad with Toasted Walnuts, Pumpkin Seeds and Avocado Caesar Dressing; Penne with Broccoli, Chick Peas and Cashew Rosé Sauce; Eggplant Cutlets with Cashew “Parm”; Radicchio, Walnut and Apple Salad; and Avocado Dark Chocolate Truffles with Coconut Ice Cream.
