What you’ll do
Baking is part science and allows for a degree of deliciousness like no other. From the simplest cupcake to the most elegant croquembouche, baking can add a touch of sweetness to any time and make any occasion special. In this class, Chef Lois Alexander will introduce you to some of her favourite treats: Cranberry and White Chocolate Biscotti, Buttery Ginger Sugar Cookies, Peppermint Crunch Cannoli and Baileys Irish Cream Truffles. Each attendee will take home some sweetness.
