What you’ll do
Join Sai Chelliah for an evening of great food and fun. The class will feature recipes that are quick and easy to make. The menu includes Egg Bhujia in whole wheat wraps, juicy Cucumber and Tomato Salad folded in a Greek yogourt dressing, Chicken Tikka on a bun with sweet and chili sauce, and yummy Aloo Paneer Patties (potatoes with Indian cottage cheese) to go. Wrap up the meal with a cool, tender Coconut Mango Sherbet.
