There is nothing better than making and eating homemade Italian food. The simple flavours and tempting aromas transport us to a seaside Trattoria. Join Chef/Culinary Instructor John Bela and learn to create fresh egg pasta and turn it into Spaghetti/Fettucine with a decadent Bolognese Sauce. Chef John will teach you how to make his effortless quick-rising pizza dough for traditional Pizza and quick Flatbread. Finally, you will create pillowy Potato Gnocchi with an aromatic Tomato Sauce and Gnocchi Gnudi (without potato) with a Brown Butter Fresh Sage Sauce. Viva Italian dough!
