What you’ll do

Join Chef Shabnam on a journey through fall. We’ll start with a flavourful yet simple Potato and Butternut Squash Soup with a vegan sour cream drip, then continue with cashew or almond roasted red pepper pesto dip and crackers. Our main dish is a cracking combination of tricoloured quinoa, roasted broccoli, red onions and carrots with seasoned roasted chickpeas and a soy sauce, apple cider vinegar and maple syrup dressing. We will end our trip with a heavenly scented Apple Cheesecake.
