What you’ll do

We’re making every calorie count, not counting calories. This (Interactive) class is nothing short of its tantalizing title. To get your palate rocking, we’ll create a gourmet Mango Pineapple Pico de Gallo with Savoury Eggplant Chips followed by Chef Vanessa’s famous Maple-Pecan Crusted Salmon plated on a bed of Caprese Quinoa Salad. For all the chocolate lovers out there, we’ve got just the right balance of sweet and savoury with a Dark Chocolate Avocado Pudding topped with Crème Fraîche.
