What you’ll do

Chef Nicholas Scime will be cooking his favourite soups, stews and chili dishes from around the world. His class will begin with a 30-minute demonstration and then participants will divide into teams where they will prepare and cook several tasty treats consisting of Roasted Butternut Squash Soup with Apples and Bacon, Brazilian Black Bean Stew, Boilermaker Tailgate Chili, Bulgarian Tarator – a cold cucumber soup, Chocolate Zucchini Bread, and Mango Bread.
