What you’ll do
Come enjoy a Spanish evening with Chef Alex Page. Tapas are small plates or appetizers typically served in Spanish bars. He will show you seven simple but classic tapas recipes. Your menu will include Warm Olives with Orange and Garlic; Anchovies with Fresh Basil, Lemon and Chili; Crispy Garlic Crostini with Tomato, Manchego Cheese and Olive Oil; Patatas Bravas (crispy potatoes) with Easy Romesco Sauce and Aioli; Herb and Garlic Stuffed Mushroom Caps; Smoked Paprika Spiced Pork Skewers; Cider Braised Chorizo Sausages; and Red Wine Braised Apple Bites with Ice Cream. After this class, you’ll be hosting your own tapas party for your family and friends!
