What you’ll do
After a long Canadian winter, the spring season is a chef’s culinary dream. Chef/Culinary Instructor John Bela has created a “First of the Season” menu to awaken your senses and brighten your table. You will dine on Flatbread with Lamb Merguez Sausage, Mint and Feta Cheese; Spring Asparagus and Lemon Risotto; and Macadamia Nut Roasted Rack of Lamb with a Red Wine Sauce and Roasted Chickpeas. Dessert is a Strawberry-Rhubarb Crumble with ice cream.
