What you’ll do
Join Culinary Instructor Paola Moscato for a fun, (Interactive) class. You’ll be making a quick and easy crêpe batter and then stuffing the crêpes with some delicious fillings. These recipes are sure to impress your family and friends: Goat Cheese Filled Crêpes served with Champagne Vegetable Salad and Seafood (scallop and shrimp), and Crêpes served with Rose Vodka Sauce. For dessert, Chocolate Mascarpone Filled Crêpes.
