What you’ll do
Chef Chris Pires is at it again. If you are entertaining at home, these tapas will surely ramp up your cocktail parties. Shrimp and Scallion Puff Pastry Tarts will start the class. The second tapas will be Nduja – the Chef’s favourite spicy Italian sausage – with pickled celery on toast. The third plate will be Steak and Mushrooms with a Dijon sauce. A surprise Chef’s choice tapas will be the fourth, followed by the dessert tapas – Churro Bites with chocolate dipping sauce. Oh yes, it’s good!
