What you’ll do

Join Michelin Star Chef Antonio Abbruzzino in a journey through the food and wine excellencies of the Southern Italian region of Calabria. Chef Antonio, who is visiting us directly from Catanzaro, will help you explore this beautiful region with an amazing menu that includes Tempura Baccala' with sweet and sour Tropea Onions in a Licorice Mayonnaise and Citrus Sauce, Tortelli di Pasta China, Sous Vide Pork Belly with pears, figs, mustard and cavolo nero, and Mamma Rosetta's Tiramisu with Torrone crisp. Experience true Calabrian cuisine, no travel required!
