What you’ll do

Join Chef Giovanni De Luca in a journey through the food and wine excellencies of the Southern Italian region of Calabria. Chef Giovanni, who is visiting us directly from Cosenza, will help you explore this beautiful region with an amazing menu that includes an Antipasto Calabrese, fresh made pasta with tomato sauce, Guanciale, n'duya and ricotta, Eggplant Parmigiana and Christmas desserts. Experience true Calabrian cuisine, no travel required!
