Join Chef Carlos from Cheftacular as he takes you on a journey through the culinary jewel of South America. Here you will experience Peruvian cuisine with its variety of flavours and fresh ingredients. Learn how these lend themselves to simple, yet humble and rustic dishes. Attendees will learn about the history of Peru manifested in these cherished, generational recipes: Papa a la Huancaína (poached potato in a feta cream sauce), Tallarin Saltado (beef marinated in Peruvian spices served with fettuccine) and Arroz con Leche (rice pudding).
