Join Chef Blair Bateman as he demonstrates the basic technique of making a flavourful and moist Vanilla Sponge Cake along with simple piping techniques for the Strawberry Buttercream Icing. The cake is finished with a Chocolate Ganache that will satisfy any sweet tooth.
