What you’ll do
Food Network Chef and Humber College Baking and Pastry Arts Professor Kenneth Ku is returning to Longo’s to share his whimsical creations in French pastries. You’ll learn to create a Croquembouche or croque-en-bouche, a French dessert consisting of choux pastry puffs piled into a cone and bound with threads of caramel in a modern approach. In this class, you will also explore a wide variety of French pastry classics such as Lemon and Basil Éclairs and Fresh Raspberry Mille-feuille. (Please note that this class will only run with 8 or more participants).
