What you’ll do
Join Chef Jim Comishen tonight as we go old school to the Old South for some of Grandma’s classic kitchen cooking. Start with a hearty bowl of Black-Eyed Pea, Bacon and Ham Soup followed by our salad – the unique Fried Green Tomatoes. Our main is Country Meatloaf and Gravy, smothered with fried onions and mushrooms and served with red-skinned mashed potatoes. For dessert, it’s Southern Possum Pie (cream cheese, pecan and pudding pie) served with whipped cream. Country fixings at their finest.
