What you’ll do
Let Chef/Culinary Instructor John Bela teach you the tricks to grill like a BBQ pit master. Class will begin with Sugar Cane Skewered and Rum Soaked Jumbo Shrimp served with Serrano Ham Wrapped Asparagus. Then it’s Mardi Gras Grilled Pork Tenderloin with a Praline Sauce and Portobello Mushrooms Stuffed with Smoked Chicken and Oka. No BBQ is complete without the Chef’s Lamb Lollipops with Goat Cheese Mustard Dunk. For dessert: Grilled Salted Caramel Cheesecake Quesadillas with Rum Butter Sauce. Enjoy the smells and the flavours of summer.
