What you’ll do
Come explore the rustic Tuscan countryside with Chef Alex Page. Tuscany has a rich food history, and Chef Alex will explore this Italian area’s delicious cuisine. The menu will include Panzanella Salad (bread salad) with tomatoes, capers and red onion; Spinach Ravioli with a garlic, walnut and cream sauce; Milk-braised Pork with bitter greens and mashed potatoes; and for dessert, a Rice Cake made using Arborio rice and whole milk.
