Chef Heather Goodman has been making plant-based food for more than 20 years. In this class, you’ll get to try some of the easiest and most flavourful vegan dishes you’ve ever had. Moroccan Chickpea B’Stilla Pie is a delicious main course full of spice and layers of flavours. This will be served with her always-requested Super Kale Salad, followed by Wild Blueberry No-Cheese Cheesecake. You’ll have to taste it to believe it!
