Mezzes are a Middle Eastern form of entertaining, similar to Spanish tapas, where many different dishes are served on the table for all to share. Nutritionist Gabby Cogan will show you how to entertain with simple and delicious mezzes. Our antioxidant-rich vegan celebration will include Green Tahini, Sliced Eggplant Salad, as well as Roasted Pepper Salad and Red Cabbage Slaw. Traditional pita bread will complete your Middle Eastern journey.
