Let Chef Shabnam show you how to wow everyone during your next special occasion with molecular gastronomy. We will prepare elements that you can incorporate into your next dinner party. We’ll start with Balsamic Vinegar Pearls that will be added to an Arugula, Fennel and Pear Salad. Our next dish will be a crunchy Virgin Bloody Mary. We will then continue to Beet Rounds on top of Vegan Cream Cheese and Crackers, then finish the evening with Berry Verrines topped with Whipped Coconut Cream and Roasted Crushed Nuts.
