What you’ll do

This course will teach you basic knife skills and how to be a pro with a mandolin, as well as the benefits of fresh herbs and vegetables. We’ll start with Chef Vanessa preparing her famous Roasted Red Pepper and Fresh Basil Bisque, then Caprese-Stuffed Avocado with Balsamic Glaze and Baby Arugula. As an group, we’ll prepare Roasted Vegetable Streusel with a Portobella Duxelle topped with Dijon Bechamel. To satisfy your sweet tooth, a decadent Cabernet Poached Pear with Coconut Crème Fraîche.
