South Indian food is becoming increasingly popular for its health benefits and unique flavours. Join Tamil Culinary Instructor Rajini Nathan, Co-author of the Samayal Santhai recipe column in the Monsoon Journal, to learn how to make a simple and nutritious meal. The class will include Sambhar, a lentil curry infused with spices and filled with vegetables, Jeera Rice, an alternative to plain rice that aids in digestion, and a Vegetable Stir-Fry that can be made with vegetables of your choice.
