What you’ll do
Capture the taste of Italy with Chef Giovanni from Liaison College at Pasqualino Cooking School as he guides you through an Italian classic: fresh, handmade ravioli with spinach and ricotta. Participants will learn about the history of pasta and its differences within each region of Italy and then will create four recipes using Olivieri fresh pastas: Mushroom Ravioli Rustico with extra virgin oil and fresh herbs, Cozze (mussels) a la Marinara, Spinach & Cheese Ravioli with sage and butter, and Spinach & Cheese Ravioli with alfredo sauce. Each participant will receive a complimentary gift bag at the end of the class.
