Adult Class: Bold and Simple - Cooking with VH Sauces and Longo’s Asian-style
Join us for an inspiring evening in The Loft as we celebrate bold flavours, creativity and stress-free cooking – brought to you in partnership with VH™ Sauces! In this fun, hands-on class, you’ll create a delicious weeknight menu featuring Longo’s Private Label favourites and the versatile taste of VH™ Sauces. Our Loft team will guide you step by step as you make Bibim Mandu Salad – a vibrant Korean-inspired salad tossed in a VH™ Honey Garlic dressing. Customizable Stir-Fry – your choice of protein and colourful vegetables, finished with classic VH™ Sweet & Sour Sauce. And for a sweet treat, Plum Sauce Thumbprint Cookies – a warm, nutty twist on dessert with VH™ Plum Sauce. Every guest will take home a VH™ coupon, plus be entered for a chance to win a curated gift basket filled with treats from VH™ and Longo’s.

The Loft Cooking School at Longo’s is the ideal place for food enthusiasts of all ages to explore their inner chef, have fun, and enjoy great food in a safe environment.

Community Space
